Melanie always rang to agreed times she was very kind and understanding.
Caring, understanding and easy to talk to reliable telephone conversations.
I think the tick boxes are self explaining special thanks to chaire, Sue and the other nurse whose name I am sorry I have forgotten, but who found practical items to help me. Also to volunteer Karen who rings me.
Felt very well cared for by all the team who I was in contact with.
Felt through a very difficult time they werer there for me.
Reassured me about my future.
My husband is a stroke victim (loss of speech and right side weakness) and also suffers from pulmonary fibrosis. Our physiotherapist, Claire Farley, provides and has become a real friend as well as a professional service provides. I am his wife and full time sole easier and I look forward to her visits as she helps our situation to be more bearable. We are very grateful to St. Margaret's hospice for this provision.
Overall my experience was good but I was a bit hassled over returning the teas machine. The nurses who visited my home were lovely but did not manage to give all that was promised.
Because every effort was made to give the treatment the best chance to work.
All the staff were very kind and helpful did all they could to help me with my health.
