I have received tremendous support and advice from Fiona Hamett.
There is always someone there when you need them. Sandy is friendly, competent and very knowledgeable.
I am unsure how we would cope without the comfort of knowing someone is only a phone call away.
In the past through the wards of St Margarets and the care and support they give both parents and visitors left us no doubt we would be looked after now in our time of need.
As my answers confirm - I can't think of what can be improved, especially as to my previous experiences.
Volunteers and staff were second to none and if I must say something, they should be applauded. We never known such helpful and caring people. They have my total respect and thanks.
Very happy with the care being given.
Extremely happy with care, but has not found any food she likes.
I am not in hospital Monica takes care of my pain management and anything else I need- very good so far.
Staff are always available, either in person or over the telephone, and they always come up with a possible solution to any of my care problems.
They listened,,they emphasised.
They let me cry.
They understood my fears.
I know they are at the end of the phone if I need them.
I know they care.
Everything.
Calling me on phone to make sure I was ok and there was anything I needed.
Nothing is too much trouble for them especially Ally Dobey and Wendy Gray.
