Review of Bereavement Services - Yeovil
17th February 2021

I received bereavement counselling and so my answers are based on this. My counsellor was very understanding and made it easy to talk. I was given plenty of time and did not feel rushed. I felt I had emotional support. I liked the way I could be in my own home and be able to speak and see eachother. Thank you Jacquie. Fiona

Suggested improvements
I found the online service worked well (we did have a few techy issues that I resolved by using the browser Firefox)

Cara and all the other staff members working with her - especially during these crying times - have been absolutely amazing, so caring and supportive. The improvement in my leg is outstanding, I still cannot believe it and am so happy. They are all a credit to St. Margarets!

Review of St. Margaret's Social Work Team - Yeovil written by a family member
15th January 2021

When I find contacted the hospice on behalf of my husband, I was totally afraid of everything connected with my husbands end of life. St. Margards hospice were marvellous, they talked me through everything, in a kind, calm, and caring manner. I felt a huge weight had been lifted, and they have also kept in touch.

It is reassuring that I can contact anyone at any time and get immediate information or help. All volunteers, nurses and doctors have been very supportive throughout my illness. All staff are wonderful and very cheerful helping me through this terrible time.

Suggested improvements
Sometimes I have found too much information is given to take in all at once. Thats OK I can always go back./nCannot praise St. Margrets highly enough.
