1. Good first contact with a named person who will remain your prime contact throughout.
2 Understanding that you need to proceed at your pace and you are encouraged to make your own decisions without pressure to do otherwise.
3. Knowledge that someone is there 24/7 if you need someone and they can make things happen for you.
