Its a very confusing time- not sure who should be doing what when and why not sure what I can ask for maybe a leaflet detailing to can ask for maybe a leaflet detailing to patients what you can actually do for us.
Suggested improvements
Just more detailed information. Getting a diagnosis and the traumatic journey. I didn't know or understand who should be doing what for me or who I should contact. Hospitals need very sketchy information, to be better organized.
