Very happy with the service from St. Joseph's. Patient is feeling less pain due to meds. Now he has had input from the doctor and nurse he feels less sad.
Suggested improvements
Patient needs a comfortable commode chair also a comfortable chair. He needs to get to toilet quickly. He has had some falls.

Washing water not hot enough.
Punctuality - I am told someone will see me at say 9:15 - but nobody comes until 11 am - This is across the board, nobody seems to run to time and I find it very frustrating.
