They (June and Anna) call, check up, visit, reassure us. They treat mum as a person (not just a patient).

Suggested improvements
Nothing.

They work with my mother all the time and ring her back promptly if she needs then. At the moment not many visits as patient does not need them. They talk with him which is very good.

Suggested improvements
Nothing, I expect they will increase their visits as the need increase.

The process has been long-winded and we have had to chase-up to get responses. Firstly the hospital, then the hospice.

Suggested improvements
To have improved on what in described above.
