A family member was diagnosed with 84 cancer and almost within weeks we were assigned a nurse and counselling. At the same time we had health in the family (husband of the cancer patient).
Suggested improvements
The emergency phone line for advice could have been more helpful and notes available to advice us. We had to wait for a call back or it was not the correct department.
