The 45 are because I was told by {} (or the social services???) that someone was going to call me with information. They let his phone ring such a short time before {} off that he could not pick up. They then texted for too much information that he could not deal with it. A St. nurse was supposed to ask a welfare person to call.
Suggested improvements
I would like St. J to check whether above call has occurred and if not could the call be made.
