The service we received was very supportive and a comfort at such a difficult time. The staff explained to the family everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had honestly and sympathetically. The nursing staff at night offered great rest bite and support, a special thank you to Julia Jenkins who the family became particularly fond of and spent the night with our loved one, leaving clear, basic instructions of what we should do when our loved one passed. The information enabled us to be calm and do the right things, in a difficult time.
