Sam is one of the nicest caring and helpful person. If anything is worrying us she takes her time to talk it through and reassure us. Nothing is too much trouble for her. If Sam is off work there's always someone we can phone. Sam's support and all the teams are outstanding. What a wonderful job everyone's doing. I honestly don't think it could be improved. Thank you all.
