I was told a member of the team would contact me originally but from what I can understand the fax, instructing the team got most, I feel that in this modern age the use of fax to make contact between different dept is outdated, email, if used in, take correct manner infallible. Once the contact and information had been received everything changed and the care I have received has been 2nd to none. The original instruction made by fax came from the hospital dept, involved in my treatment this isn't a complaint against individuals out equipment used.
