This is in their of the questionnaire sent to my late husband who passed away on the 19th January 2014. I would like to say that the help I had from the St Davids Foundation, district nurses, Drailty team, G.Ps and care workers during my husbands long and difficult illness was second to none. Made nursing him at home during his last minutes possible. I was grateful for all the help I recieved in a dignified manner. I'm nut sure that they could have done more. Thank you. The RGH Newport Panley Hospital Cambran were likewise most caring.
