The referal and first visit were very prompt and theh nurse read 'dad' body language very well and immediately knew when he'd had enough. One of her first comments were I can't change the end result but I can make sure you are totally comfortable. You can ring me at any time and i'll come straight away. I feel completly confident leaving dad in her care.
