The nurse who came to speak to my mother made her feel very relaxed and treated with respect.
We have been involved in such a short period and it is difficult to make a judgement
Nobody is actually told me what is wrong with me and they don't know what will happen when I finish in daycare.
The macmillian nurse that came to see me was very kind and helpful and listened to mine and my wife's concerns. She understood it had been a very difficult and upsetting 6 months since i recieved my cancer diagnosis. She left us her card so we can contact her if ever we need to and she is coming to visit us again in 2 weeks after i've been to my next hospital appointment.
How can you improve on excellence.
Service is positive and helpful.
It is very good to be concerned with my own health as i am also a full time carer for my wife which is very streesful at times. I really enjoy joining in with the arts & crafts and found it brings out talents that one doesn't know they have it is really good to feel appreciated and special.
