I am 77 and this was my first operation and I have always had a fear of having an operation.
From entering the Spire until leaving all the staff were excellent and friendly. They treated you as if you were the only patient at all times of the day. They were professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly.
The surgeon Mr Mahmud is a superb surgeon and instills confidence from the first meeting with him.
I can not praise Mr Mahmud and all the staff at the Spire Regency enough.
