I was seen at Spire Norwich for a private consultation with Urologist Mr. Stuart Irving. As a result of this consultation, it was decided I need to undergo some testing. Mr. Irving asked Spire to contact me with costs for these procedures a week ago, and I still have not had any contact. I did email them as a reminder - and still, no contact.
When testing is essential, I feel it should be given a high priority, which is seemingly is not.
