This is hospital care as it should be organised.
CLEAN, no litter, clean lavatories
Excellent parking for those with a disabled badge.
Cheerful staff who smile and make eye contact.
I always feel better when I walk out and whilst this is due in the main to my physician the ambience is very good indeed

The hospital nursing staff and administration team were excellent. My one (minor) negative issue was that there was no soap or hand sanitiser in the bathroom which was not addressed despite me raising it. There was a basin and hand wash in the main room however.

First Class care and attention from a very professional team in an excellent setting, the rooms are perfect and the variety and quality of the catering is also excellent.

The care given by the hospital team was excellent throughout, nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained to me in advanced and clearly, with my understanding checked.
Everyone who had a role in my treatement made me feel cared for, and nothing was too much trouble to explain.

Very clean hospital. Staff were very friendly and checked in on you whilst waiting for surgery to makesure you was ok.

Mr Kumar did a total knee replacement on my mother aged 87 years old.
From first consultation with Mr Kumar everything was fully explained to her and now my mother is recovering very well. Her mobility is very much improved, she's pain free and the physio at the Spire are very satisfied with her progress.
Mr Kumar you have given back my mother a good quality of life.
To all the staff on ward 2 you all did a fantastic job.
