I was having both a endoscopy and colonoscopy and felt completely at ease as Mr Ramakrishnan had already filled me with so much confidence in our consultations that I did not even feel nervous despite the risks involved. I knew I was in good hands. The staff in the department on the day of the procedure were all lovely and friendly too and answered all questions and it just had an air of calmness. It was so friendly it helped keep you at ease.
