from initial consultation in pleasant surroundings with minimum wait all staff took time to be pleasant, yet efficient. very relaxed in each department such as xray, reception, ward and physio which put me at ease. appointments always notified either by phone or arranged on day and confirmed with letters and little waiting time. time taken always to ensure you understood what would be happening and it was dealt with very efficiently which inspires confidence.
