Excellent setting, clean welcoming and staff very professional.
on arrival portering service were very friendly walked me to the ward, explained where bathrooms were, how to use the nurse call bell and the TV.
Nurses professional and responsive to needs,
Catering good
Drs friendly, great communication skills, seeing the anaethetist and surgeon pre op eased the nerves. Operation went well, got feedback in recovery and on the ward, surgeon visited post op, discharge was swift, home recovery plan in place and contact numbers provided should i have any concerns, hardly any analgesia needed post op. wounds healed with minimal scaring, follow up appointment provided, would recommend setting and surgeon
