This is a really good hospital, very clean and friendly staff. It was quick to see a consultant which would have not been possible through the NHS, shame on the NHS where the hard working staff are let down by the system.

Everyone I encountered was extrememly helpful. I also though that a lot of thought had gon into the environment, with small comfortable waiting areas. Everything ran very efficiently.

From the time of entering the hospital and speaking to reception staff through to Imaging reception and after treatment everyone was kind a curtious at all times. I was also informed on all what would be happening at this appointment. I could not fault any staff I came into contact with.

The only thing that SPIRE was interested in was to swipe my credit card. I contacted them about the horrible situation I was in after Mr. Dixon's surgeries and they replied that they are not responsible for what Mr. Dixon does in their hospital and I am on my own.

Good clean hospital and hard working nurses. Stayed here a few times and had no problems with the nursing staff in general. Just make sure you leave with copies of your consent forms to any ops

I received great care and understanding when I was in for a fairly routine bunion operation. The only thing that was wrong was that none of the staff used the sanitising hand wash. Not the surgeon, nor the anaesthetist, nor the orderlies, nor the Sister. My toddler son contracted terrible sickness and diarrhoea whilst visiting. Where did that happen, I wonder?
