A year ago, I was a patient at the Spire Alexandra Hospital. I had a total right hip replacement, which was performed Mr R Jain. Back in 2016, Mr Jain performed the same operation on my left hip. He is a caring, excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone who was considering this type of op. The hospital is very clean and comfortable and the nurses are wonderful. I would like to thank everyone concerned in my care, as it was second to none.

The Spire Alexandra also provided great care before and after my surgery and I experienced the utmost professionalism and treatment.
The physio's during my time as an inpatient and outpatient were fantastic.

The staff at the hospital were so nice and helpful. From my first appointment to having my operation they kept in touch and informed you of what was happening. Nothing was a problem for them and was always there to help you if needed.
Thank you so much for making my stay there as comfortable as it could possibly be.

My treatment at Spire Alexandra was faultless and the staff professional, friendly and helpful. This is not my first experience of being a patient at this Hospital. Also my wife has in the past been a patient there and shares the same experiences.

My experience was good from the reception staff to staff on the ward and in theatre. My Consultant was excellent and so were the nursing staff. I was treated with dignity and respect. Well organised, clean hospital.
I don't think that there is anything I would ask to be improved.
