Very happy with all aspects of my care here.
I have been coming annually for 2 different problems over the past five years.
I had excellent nursing care and advice both pre-op and post-op during recent cataract surgery.
As I left the theatre several of the staff said 'Well done'. I'm glad they recognise that such procedures are still daunting for us patients even though they do them every day. Also - there is an anxiety during a procedure under local anaesthesia that you might not do your bit - eg move. It's good to get positive feedback after something like that!!

Excellent service from all of the staff at the Southend Private Hospital. Friendly, helpful reception/admin staff that were more than happy to help when I had concerns/queries. All clinical staff, friendly, professional, caring and made all of my procedures as pleasant an experience as could have been. I would happily recommend Southend Private Hospital to anyone.
