The only issues is outside such the car park can get full and currently the building work outside is make access more difficult.

I am happy with the progress of my ulcer. It has improved since coming to the Leg Ulcer Clinic.
Suggested improvements
The surgery took too long in referring me to the Leg Ulcer Clinic so it has taken longer to heal.

Because the nurses are easy to talk to and very kind. They put you at ease. Lots of things I can say and this is the best treatment I have had in the NHS and I do not mind coming to clinic

I had great treatment from a competent and skilled professional who was able to ease my nerves after a fellow patient started yelling in the hallway for no particular reason.
Suggested improvements
Give the patients some rules of conduct. I was quite upset by my fellow patient screaming and making a fuss with the staff.

I don’t know how anyone dare send me a message asking. How my care was. Don’t you think that a nhs professional should be in contact with me about my suicide attempt which happened after I left my gp appointment everyone was aware I felt suicidal yesterday and look what happened no call from a gp no call from the mental health team so no I am not happy with my care definitely not
