I have appointments for my son who has Down’s Syndrome. The dentist Mr [name removed], is so welcoming and caring his assistant is also very kind. They really make a difference to me as my son has no problems going to his appointments, he trusts them. I can’t thank them enough for being there for us. I don’t know what we would do without them.

Suggested improvements
Please give them a receptionist, it is sometimes difficult to get hold of them as messages have to be left and wait for a call back.
