This is the second time I had used the service , IPS consultant both time were looking for excuse to remove the service as soon as they filled up the form to show the number. First time the consultant released me because i was relased from MHICS so I wsa told IPS cannot help.Second time agent from firstappoinment was looking for excuses to releaseme . I dont think both would tell me they will release me if idid not do some thing. The secont time around the lady was no help at all other telling me what i can read. I dont think this service has any value other than making person feel miserable ..One I am told this service might not be for me and agent for look for excuse then say how can I help. No help provided . I think both time I met two people who very passive aggreesive with zero intent to help other than telling me they will do something yet would make an excuse

Suggested improvements
Provide help with get people on the help them refer to skill traning. Actually help with CV , support with templates and support with get in get in touch with correct agent and organization who support back to work. What I found is that agent keep tell you right the CV and send it to me. Yet no help provided. Write a cover letter which i know if i ask for help with cover letter or some sample i told that for me to find out. And then being told this is not the service for me. I found both the ladies not inclined to helping but looking for an excuse to release me and when I agreed with her I was told they have so many. Yet i was told few minutes back this service is not for me as i dont have mental health issue she think i should have. I have been out of work for 2 yrs and I tried to meet all the appointment. In the ended up feel humilated and being fooled by people who are not trained or motivated with feeling person more confused by the behavior

Missed diagnosed as anxiety and depression and after 1.5 yrs of exhausion was diagnosed with hyprothrodism as GP andsurgery would not do blood test or proper diagnosis
