I was seen on 30th December 2019 for both colonoscopy and gastroscopy. I was really nervous about these procedures but was reassured every step of the process by helpful friendly and professional staff. The treatment I received was fantastic. As an NHS professional myself I am always on the look out for both good and poor practice and my expectations are possibly quite high! I was unable to criticise anything about my procedures and felt treated with respect and as an individual . Great pre procedure and post procedure care from Maria ,Ann and Linda and the endoscopy procedures performed by Andrew Potts were conducted with skill and kindness. A great example of an excellent nurse run service. Thanks so much.
