We were refereed to Shalem House by our specialist nurse, my husband was parkinson's.
Associated dementia. The staff went out of their way to ensure that he was relaxed and secure and that I could have a good break.
The CT is liaising with our social serviced OT to make some changes to his chair. Sling - good team working across agencies my husband is happy to return in December due to the excellent experience he had.
