I now attend outpatients for MS every 6 mths which is currently enough as I am working full-time.
Staff are friendly on this ward which is important to me.

Good parking facilities for access to OP.
Could give more information regarding any clinic delays.
There is an ongoing difficulty in getting appointments within the consultant's recommended time eg we were told a 2 month appointment in February and it is now September and we had to contact the hospital to make this appointment ourselves. It is a very busy clinic.
