Really lovely staff - very kind and considerate. I am needle phobic and had to have a cyst drained so staffed, but they got me through it! Very efficient even under difficult conditions caused by me! (Totally irrational fear). Thank you so much. Very punctual and gave me options so I wasn't forced to have it drained but could make a choice - brilliant way of dealing with me, thank you.
