Care by the staff as always was fantastic. Busy staff still take time to build relationships with patients as well as speak at the appropriate level. Communication, updates and reassurancees off the ward are very inconsistent.

Learn from mistakes and correct miscommunications. Three consecutive nights were identical in issues with different staff. It's like Groundhog Day I saw issues get resolved just to reappear again for, but this was mostly due to non Ward staff are miscommunications rather than the fault of Ward staff.
