I put very good because the care I have received has been so good at Scunthorpe -excellent. all members of staff have been very kind and caring. what a team.
Suggested improvements
I feel that the system has been slow in giving me information as to the full damage that he's been done. I am still waiting after a week for Hull to report on any treatment or not.
