Nurses, especially Emily, were good at telling you what they were doing and what next steps were. And they were lovely and chatty and reassuring. Even adults get scared in a&e especially when you can’t have people in with you
Suggested improvements
Was only offered I drink once and having not eaten since 9am that morning I left at 5 still having not eaten anything. I know they are so busy, but when you are not well anyway, lack of food doesn’t help how you feel
