Shirley is always very welcoming and empathetic. She has a very broad knowledge of her field of expertise and can always give useful advice and come up with options of solutions.
- My appointment was on one of the hottest days of the year and there was a tall fan in the room which was fine for my appointment but not great for Shirley seeing patients in there all day long. I was pleased to see she had worn some weather suiting clothes in absence of hospital scrubs that were not available.

The staff were lovely and my specialist nurse was fantastic
- The parking is an issue. I had problems with the parking machines which resulted in the bank blocking my card so I couldn't pay. This resulted in me having to leave my appointment earlier so I didn't get a parking ticket.

Appointment on time. Usual podiatrist. Carefully checked feet and applied treatment. Then fixed next appt. Efficient.

Usually I see Reagan Davis from bladder and bowel and she has been amazing. I’ve got a long road ahead of me with my medical journey and she’s been the only person who has consistently stuck around and checked on me, even when I’ve been upset. She has referred me to receive the testing I desperately needed when my GP didn’t do it. She was also very patient with me when teaching me self catheterisation. I honestly cannot fault the bladder and bowel clinic.
