I have had amazing support from the team after leaving hospital after a major operation. It was brilliant to have them visit and be at the end of a phone. I had some issues with my stoma and Alison talked me through methods to over come it. Helen was there as a back up and she came to take out some of my stitches which I wasn’t looking forward to. But she did it so well and I was fine I feel very lucky to be under their care

Suggested improvements
I can’t think of anything!

Jane Hardy was my Stoma nurse and she could not have been more kind and helpful. She was always there when I needed her and her colleague Kate would be available if Jane wasn't working. A fantastic team doing a great job.

At a time of feeling vulnerable, the service and its people responded positively and effectively. The very prompt delivery of various items helped me to manage better and aid a speedier recovery than might have been. A five star service.
