I can only compliment the phlebotomist on the way a situation was handled this morning.A patient was complaining about having to wait. she calmly assured him he would be seen, but also said that the longer she listened to him the longer the wait. at no time did she raise her voice.
Many people complain but very few take the time to praise professionalism and general kindness and helpfulness of staff.
