I am a regular attendee of the centre.I think seating outside would be very beneficial, I understand from talking to the receptionist this has been requested many times since the opening of the centre. Many people needing a blood test arrive as early as 7am and by 8.30am there is always a considerable queue outside, a bench or two would be very nice; shelter even. I would also like to mention the opening of the doors to the centre. These are very dangerous, many people have been knocked off balance as they 'ping' open outwards. It was explained to me that they do stop opening if they sense someone coming in but have seen others struggle with wheelchairs up the small kerb; the doors closing on them at the same time. I myself have been on crutches and nearly toppled off them as the doors opened rather quickly. It is only a matter of time before someone is hurt.
