I have no complaints about Mr Jain.
There were times when I could have done with better care I know they are very busy but one time I was left with my drain leaking onto the bed for 12 hours . Another after I had come back to the ward from ICU I wasn't given my medication for a week until one of the nurses noticed because they didn't seem to have a record of it and my wife who is 73 had to make a 1 hour round trip journey to fetch it as it.
