Ward 23 Oncology dept treated today by Staff Nurse Rachael. What a superb service. This nurse treats you with the utmost respect and care. She was superb and showed she cared about all the patients on the ward and works tirelessly to make sure that everyone is treated well and made to feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much I will value your kindness even though I kept telling you you were giving me pain when fitting a cannula (ain’t no gain with out some pain). Bit pain was bearable and probably caused by me as I kept flinching. Well done Rachael
