The doctor asked a range of questions about my back pain, considered my replies and explained clearly what was wrong and why.
He gave suggestions for on going pain management, including both what to do and what not to do.
He was very reassuring and positive.

All staff friendly and approachable showed compassion.
Had to wait I ask 3 times for urinal bottle staff 'forgot'- was uncomfortable had to wait/ ask several times for pain relief which was disappointing and uncomfortable.
