I think it was too much paper works that make delays of administering drugs to patients. There was delays on giving pain reliever after my daughter's operation. She was in agony. Is it a short staff problem or just management problem I do not know. Anyway, My daughter is fine now and I am grateful to the Surgeon and Anaesthetist involved. To the nurses, some were not gentle enough to the children.
