Environment clear and spacious. Physio consultant spoke clearly, I could understand what he was saying so no misunderstanding of information given to me.

Despite working in the hospital for 20yrs and accessing the service through self referral, I was disappointed that I could not be given steroid/anaesthetic injections as my home address is out of area (Coventry). This needs highlighting on the self referral process as I would have arranged a physio appointment at my GPs practice instead.

The team care out to me in the week after I left the hospital. They were superb. Regular visits recommended exercises followed.
I cannot praise them and thank them enough.
(Although, I do need to still work on my hand writing!)
