The care and support from St Davids district nurse, care agency, O.T hospital staff were outstanding.
My personal concern is the care received from my dad's G.P who elected himself as the lead for dad's palliative care.
There was no discussion or choice as to the other option at the specialist palliative care consultant. Confusion over prescriptions, not having when the G.P would visit, having one such where no G.P visited, no education over, 'just in case' medication are a fever at aspects of care I am unhappy with. I felt dad's condition was deteriorating without under support and information that would have been benefited.
