The team were honest and supportive from the first diagnosis and were absolutely amazing in getting dad home to die just before the weekend.
It was undoubtedely "in the nick of time" but thanks to them dad died peacefully with all his family around him, special thanks to Jane, Gwen and Dr Scott but also all the people we didnt meet face to face but were working in the background to make this horrible situation the best it could be.
