Support workers too stuck on policies and not providing person centred care. Sister nurses mainly very receptive , I have a named nurse. Women are over all safe. Apart from women who are on section and are not allowed to leave the hospital. This puts women at risk of being attacked by women who are under a police section as they feel that this ward is safer then a prison. Nurse Dotun was very attentive to myself and other patients. He is a bank NHS nurse. He does his research and looks into each individual's backround ensuring that each patient has the best care possible. He is kind caring and works hard.

Suggested improvements
More male support workers ensuring women are kept safe at all times regardless of sectioning or being voluntary
