Excellent staff. Particularly Debbie Jodie. Anna. All staff welcoming . No problems on the ward they all work very hard and explain how sectioning works
Some women feel more safe with men rather than women. The use of restraining is appauling. There is no dignity at times and the use of dash cams is used inappropriately.
Suggested improvements
A mixed ward and different age range.
More male then female staff.
Age range 18-65 in my opinion is a large age range. The ward worked well in 2013 when the patients were mixed.
