There was no 'care' experienced.
Fiona Challinor was rude, unwelcoming and cold.
We got the impression she does not enjoy her job, she did not discuss findings or enter into a verbal conversation. Hugely interaction for ladies and families attending antenatal services who are anxious and looking or accessing for reassurance it is appalling to see how they are received and processed like paperwork. We are massively disappointed.
