It’s been overall a miserable experience, I felt lucky to have one care coordinator ([name removed]) of whom treated me with respect and care. Unfortunately since her departure, and that of one doctor who helped me, I have found no redeemable peoples. I have felt dehumanised and belittled. I was lied to and dismissed. At the most vulnerable moment in my life when I needed help, I was made to feel the lowest ever by people who was supposed to help me.
Suggested improvements
Not lied to me or dismissed me, treated me like a human being and not some dumb animal. There is no excuse, I’ve never known such unprofessional behaviour.
