I was informed about the need for antibiotics, ultrasound on my neck, full CT scan and biopsy on lymphnode on my neck - results for this awaited for treatment to be decided.

Waiting time was short and seen fairly quickly

I had a fractured leg, the x-ray room was very far to walk from the reception.

I gave those answers because the care I received on Clementine B ward from Nurses , Doctors and all stall was excellent, also on A and E. and very hard working.

Nothing could be done to have improved things for me

Nursing staff seemed more preoccupied talking amongst themselves or being on their phones.

More attention to be given to patients and more responsive to requests i.e when water or tea is asked for it arrives in a timely way.

Nurse was not very communicative.

On waiting list for over 1 year. No communication since being referred. Was seen by doctor at clinic 1 hour later than appointment time. Not informed of late running of clinic.

The team of consultant Miss R Wuntakal, nurse Lauren and HCA Sabiqa were all fantastic. They put me at my ease, told me what was about to happen, allowed me to choose whether to have the procedure that day or to return and have it under general anaesthetic. They supported me every step of the way through what could have been an embarrassing and painful procedure and made me relaxed and confident in what was happening. I can’t praise them enough.

It would have been useful to have received a letter with details of the hysteroscopy procedure before the appointment.

Sometimes had to wait for attention because nurse are so busy. The ward seemed to be short staffed?

Be quieter at night. Sleep is virtually impossible even after begging for Zoplicone which is on regular prescription from my GP.

Waiting is not a problem for me but being told I'll see a doctor soon multiplied times is frustrating and not totally honest
